I'm confused by the 'white wash' comment, as the character still looks white in the official picture? I'm not familiar with the source game (I think it's a game), so I don't know the 'canon' race for a person with button eyes, but skin color alone matches. Also, if they are purely going by the dreadlock hair, can't almost every race on the planet have dreads/a dread-like hairstyle?

Two things here.
Firstly, while I'm not an Identity V fan, I'm pretty positive ALL characters in the game have hair like this, because they look a bit like dolls.
Secondly, the name Naib is arabic, so that may be the reason they called it white-washing. But still, it's stupid.

I don't know if I should feel insulted because there's an alarming amount of people that either just don't know how breasts work and think women just can't get around them somehow, or absolute puritans of something in everyday natural life, which leads to both of them having the same result of chopping the breasts off.

I mostly just hate that they keep calling it 'top surgery' when it isn't, since the entire breast isn't removed in a reduction. I'm pretty sure the only time the entire breast is removed is if its cancerous.
