Let's get back, to main topic, because I found something interesting and connected to my country
so someone reposted a random SJW LOTR fanart to Polish Lotr Facebook group with conservative indignation and the screens was reposted again, but with Twitter indignation (kek moment)

If you are going to change that much just do new original characters. To me those look pretty interesting characters, well draw, nice colors, little magic and hint of some pre existing relationship. Everything looked pretty neat until I knew who they supposed to be. That killed all my good will and just made me roll my head. Artist please, just do original characters, you clearly have talent enough.

But OC's don't get nearly as much asspats and false praise from crazy people on the internet.
 
With the vast amounts of fanart on the internet, you'd think original characters would actually stand out. It might just require a bit more effort when it comes to making the characters interesting and networking to make your work known. And also drawing decently.
Well, if there's one thing this thread and other artist threads on the forum convinced me of, it's that online artists are lazy.

WTF are you even saying? If there was another drawing prompt going on during WE WERE KANGS month, Twitter would've been a firestorm. DWB was during Black History Month. Cool, moving onto the next clout chasing trend.

It's bad enough when some black artists resort to begging/telling people that they're enforcing racism when they don't like/reblog their shitty art. Fucking hell these young people really think the world is theirs because they just so happen to be born brown-skinned.
