It isn't canon, but a whole lot of people seem to think so. But that is what Sheila E. is supposed to look like, according to Araki. The fact they massacred her design so bad is pretty sad, and Voodoo Child does look like a rabid dog version of Doppio/Diavolo in that pic.

Kinda but not really. Clone High wasn't that viable for it's time. Before streaming an adult animated comedy with on going plot wasn't that great of selling point. The raunchy humor wasn't suitable for kids, you couldn't run episodes out of order and general audience isn't that interested in animation anyway, especially when it was very stylized. Also tons of the historical references that wouldn't open to many people, especially international audience found it too american history centric. Like most of the world doesn't have that good of idea of american presidents, let alone people like George Washington Carver. Also it was just a plain wierd show, with the tone, parodies and the celebrity guests. It wasn't able to attract more than niche audience witch wasn't that unexpected but still meant low return on the investment. So when it got bad PR from indians getting pissed about Gandhi, it was no brainer to cansel.

She did Yasuho as well after I posted these. My heart sunk. You do not take away any cultural rep characters may have and 'fix' art by giving head coverings. She probably had help from a teacher, parent, older sibling, something like that, to come up with the word "inclusion," but it's not really that bad. I think it's kind of sweet.
