Vitiligo is the easiest and most pleasing condition you can insert on your character and claim how diverse and progressive you can be. Sores, skin rashes, blood and pus leaking, flaky skin, leprosy - nopes, that's way too ugly. Vitiligo, on the other hand? its the equivalent of making their skin like a dual flavored ice cream. Its easy, safe and not unnerving to look at.
Vitiligo for tumblr OC is like heterochromia for deviantart OC. Makes your character "unique" when you're too dumb to give them actual design/character traits.
Tumblr has spawned one of the fugliest mainstream art styles (blobby calarts characters with specifically ugly noses and blushes all over the body) with the fugliest design/color choices ever (taking a normal character and making it ten times uglier on purpose: technicolor explosion, body hair, obesity, huge noses/lips etc). Makes me wonder how much more this fashion is going to mutate over time. Can it become any worse?

The Thing that bugs me most of the Hazbin Hate, is many of these same people are all like "Cringe Culture is dead" "Practice Self Love", But then out on a whim and block you for not being anti Hazbin. They went after a random artist for drawing harmless fanart of it.
Consireding how ugly Sjw art can get, I'm glad depictions of leprosy and flaky skin aren't that common.

Not a bad concept, but judging by the "BLM" in their username, I have my doubts about it.
What's with these african-inspired concepts and having to be "magical girl" inspired?
Why does it look like all four of them were drawn in entirely different styles?
Here's some that aren't really SJW, but things that I wanted to comment on nonetheless.
This sort of looks like something I'd see in the mid 2000s to early 2010s. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though, and it sure helps it stand out from the many other pitches attempting to be something awesome and big with a "diverse cast".
This gives me strong Club Penguin vibes for some reason.
Here's a pitch I actually like alot. Cute, simple, and to the point with no extra labels, it's something I'd legitimately watch. Who wouldn't want to watch a little kid kick ass?
This is just beautiful.

I think most Tumblrites make their OCs give off an aesthetic, retro feel (e.g. simplistic primary colors, weird piss-shit colored filter to give off a worn out feel, etc.) in order to make them look unique, but every OC looks unintentionally like a carbon copy of the former

If I were an exec, it would have been tossed in the bin without an afterthought. The worst crime about this one is how bland it is, it's an awful pitch. They have 4 tries to actually give us an idea of what this cartoon is about and they squander it on repetitive images of the characters just standing around. And they want to pitch it as a comic? Bitch draw it yourself.

I'm beginning to notice a lot of these pitches are very vague representations of their project. "A group of friends having fun", "two best friends explore their weird world", "quirky kid in a normal world", etc etc. These pictures give us an idea of something bigger happening, yet there's no dialogue or context behind the scene to make it interesting. The worst offender is probably the UFO scene: The tweet implies it's happening in their imagination, yet it also implies they live in an unusual world. So which is it? Is the scene actually happening in real life, or is it just in their heads? The fact there's no "annotations" to help build the scene isn't exactly great, either.
If there's a plus to it, though, I can already tell what kind of personality the characters have (sporty, bookworm, black kid, and idiot) just by looking at them, unlike most pitches where all you're given is how quirky the main character is, along with speshul identities and magic powers.

What is it these trying to make their shows like Steven Universe and She-Ra. I mean these people are so unoriginal? Why are they trying to imitate?

After seeing the stuff posted here i can see all this people have the same problem that Andrew Dobson. Some of this artist go to expensive colleges and have graduates with honors, only to depends in their patreon because they dont work in big studios like they were promised, and are too insecure to search for an alternative. And is even worse because unless the movies of disney, majority of the USA animations studios for television dont animate nothing, they just draw the script and send them to South Korea.

Most of them have the same ideologies when it comes to creating a cartoon (forced diverse cast & sexualities) to the point where they become unoriginal.
Don't take it too seriously, it's obviously satire.

That's probably the most bland, least unique, lazy art progression I've ever seen.
The first one is only making Starfire cover up her torso, The second is just a useless recolor of skintone, and the last two are uninspired and unorganized.
