At first I was like "hey this isn't so bad"... then I noticed that this is supposed to be an actual women.

Anti cis lesbian propaganda? Or maybe they seriously believe that shit about cis lesbians totally taking testosterone to look more manly and are definitely not closeted trans men or having internalized misogyny.
The only other explanation would be PCOS but if it was that they would have plastered it all over the page to let everyone know how woke they are.

They took Araki's comment about originally wanting the part 5 protagonist to be female and ran with it. So Giorno is trans now according to Tumblr and Twitter, fuck you if you say otherwise.
