1. Use references, any kind of reference will do fine for your style.
2. The bigger, the better.
3. Don't let negativity drag you down, it only makes you stronger!
4. Tumblr is a cesspool, don't go there if you want to find good art and tiddies.

This reminds me of the cow that introduced me to kiwifarms, Purplekecleon/Glitchedpuppet, cause she pretty much did the reverse: bragging about having a prominent lesbian couple but one of the two had a giant pink horsecock so she could draw PiV sex.

I know, to be completely honest I was never really the best with hands. Or maybe it's because I use my own hands as a reference, who knows? Either way, I'm glad you like the redraw!
Edit: I just noticed the fucking backwards hands.

I've definitely seen worse "redesigns" out there but the morbidly obese Quiet really took the cake for me. Also, is it just me or am I getting serious humantale vibes from this?

This wouldn’t be that bad if they didn’t give them pig noses. Seriously, it’s like they looked at their own normal-looking art and went “There’s a distinct lack of diversity here... can’t have that! Tumblr would eat me alive...” and slapped on some butt-noses.
Well done! Case in point. Although now that I see this, the one on the right is still very fugly even with the fixed nose...

Honestly, while the new art is still pretty bad, it doesn't inspire the visceral disgust that the old art does. Because of that, I'd say they've managed to get better- not by much, but better.

holy shit, sailor saturn and chibiusa look like child abuse victims here- and chibiusa looks like she has a severe case of hives.
i get that some people like giving anime characters less than desirable features because anime characters generally all have the same cutesy look, so adding some realism is what they want- but NO ONE ON EARTH looks like that
