I don't know how this artist managed to make Star Wars Aliens look like racist caricatures, but by God they did it.

You can really feel the projection in this also Scout is from the U.S, Pyro is unknown where he came from also I'm pretty sure Pyro is a guy sense when you look him up they usually use male pronouns for him, also I'm pretty sure the Medic isn't jewish Demoman is from Ullapool, Spy is french only and there all drawn with darker skin even though literally all of them except Demoman & Pyro (maybe?) Are whiter then mayo on white bread

the reason they didn't add American flags for their characters is "but Murcia is patriarchy " type shit. even then it all looks so odd, looking at the real characters and this, it doesn't feel right to me at least. scout is too overtly masculine while heavy is a fat piece of shit with not a single ounce of muscle and pyro, oh god pyro. why could they do this.

This is an affront to all things before God.
Pyro isn't canonically a man or a woman. In-game, the tooltips on the loading screen actually switch between male and female pronouns. Or they used to anyway, I haven't played in a while.
It's not done for woke points, though. Pyro is set up to be a childlike monster in a suit. It doesn't matter who's inside because the "real" Pyro is the one in the mask.
The only thing even coming close to a reveal is in the comics when Soldier seems to imply Pyro attracted bears because they're attracted to "menstruating women and honey" only for the reveal to be that Pyro is standing in front of a bunch of honey.

think there was a purse in its' locker in some map too, it's been a while I forget the details.
It's one of those things this thread flips about but I think the Pyro is one of the few characters that's been touched on in here that's canonically fitting to call a They
or an It, either works.

There was recently an episode of South Park where a straight man identifies as a trans woman in order to beat women at sports. Tumblr went apeshit because it's "terf rhetoric". Now in response some people are drawing nonbinary Stan. Because...apparently Wendy/Wendyl doesn't exist. And also autism
