Maybe I’m just desensitized to tumblr art at this point, but I personally don’t think this is all that bad. Sure it’s ship art - and I could do without the sparkles - but the characters are fully recognizable. Even if the dialogue is fairly lame, I appreciate the artist doing something more than just “my OTP standing together and making puppy dog faces at each other”. It’s really fucking refreshing to see something tame and non-serious in this thread after seeing pages and pages of smug OTP flaunting and character bastardization. (And this is ignoring the fact it’s JoJo fan art - this is probably wildly OoC, but I haven’t gotten far enough in the series yet to know)

Hilariously, the blackwashing is the least of all the problems. Why did they go the extra mile to make the characters hideous? Is Tumblr telling me all black people are ugly as fuck? That's messed up, man, but I guess we all have our tastes.
