Okay, I'm gonna assume you only watched a couple of seasons of the anime and don't actually keep up with the canon of AoT, but you're wrong.
First, no, it's not multicultural, it's just one race of people called Eldians, who are heavily based off Germans and Jews.
They're not the last of humanity, they're an island of people who were brainwashed into believing they were by the original king who used the power of one of the original titans to literally wipe their memories and impose his own ideology of pacifism and segregation onto them, they killed off anyone who wasn't Eldian because people who aren't Eldian can't get their minds wiped. The only reason any asians (who are based off the Japanese) were left inside the walls is because they were originally on good terms with the Eldians and some of them decided to stay even when the king imposed the segregation and got wiped out cause they couldn't lose their memories and were executed. Outside the walls, humanity is in their universe's WWII and the Eldians that didn't go with the king to the island are their universe's equivalent of jews, they're second class citizens to another country (Marley, who are heavily Nazi German based). The Eldians are forced into camps, and made to wear star patches on their clothes to show that they're descents of the "devils" and segregated for it, and are used as foot soliders in the war on other countries if they're not being used for their titan powers. The reason why there's titans on the island in the first place is cause Marleyans use serum that only activate with Elidans, so they bring them to the island, and turn them into the mindless titans. Instead of killing them off in concentration camps, they turn them into their titan forms and make them eat their own people. Mikasa is also only half asian, she's half Ackerman, who are (still) Eldians, but were experimented on. They're basically super soldiers with the power of titans infused into them and can access combat memory from past Ackermans. They couldn't be mind wiped either and it caused them to be nearly eradicated as well. There is no multiculturalism on that island, it's the complete opposite.
Their art skills are decent, but they're not something I would call really good, but that depends on what standard you're coming from, it looks like basic student quality fanart to me.
I haven't seen past season 2 so I haven't kept up since then. Thanks for the info! That being said, I do remember people talking about the "pro-nazism" from the series because of this. I'm guessing this is where they originate from.

This black Dave design is based entirely off the fact he likes rap music and hip-hop type stuff. Which is entirely like stereotypical, funny for people who try to "avoid stereotypes uwu".
It goes over their head that Dave is literally like supposed to be one of those white kids who are really into Eminem or something.

Asexuality isn’t lgbt and really shouldn’t be considered as such unless maybe they desire a romantic relationship with someone of the same sex. (Besides it’s not like asexual people get kicked out of their house for being asexual)
