This person clearly doesn’t understand what fleshing out a character means if they believe simply making this guy a 15 year old, gay, single trans man (who goes by male pronouns if that wasn’t clear enough) is going to do the trick. What is his personality like? What are his hopes and dreams? What’s his fatal flaw? Heck, what’s his favorite food? Even that would be more interesting than what’s presented here.

I have a feeling it's Choromatsu because of the eye style, green flannel, and glow stick (unless that's not a glow stick?). Though I may be 100% wrong and just overstretching the possibilities.

The glow stick isn't the same color and flannel pattern is different, but it feels too coincidental.

To be fair I wouldn't call this one SJW per se. The skin tone and proportions line up with the character failrly closely, or at least there's an evident effort to do so, so unless the tags or description contain details about trans headcanons or whatever this just looks to be an (admittedly failed) attempt at digital painting and realism.
