Simple question/suggestion: More posts per page?

Trying to catch up on huge threads over Tor is painful because it often takes multiple tries to load a page. Would it be possible to do 50 or 100 posts per page to minimize the number of pages to flip through?

If this option already exists, please point me to it and let the trashcans fly.

It'd be nice to have the ability to choose the number of posts per page in general. I'm guessing it's something that would be part of the forum software kf uses which may or may not have that feature.

A long time ago I experimented with page counts. We're at 15. I experimented a lot and came to this number as a happy medium for readability and ease of following discussion. Now it's kind of set in stone as part of forum culture because certain threads are notorious by their page count.

Your experience on Tor wont improve when loading 100 posts per page, because images will slow it down.

Would a 'chapter' system work? A window under the title with links to major parts of big threads thread to be updated occasionally by mods. Chantal is sorted by boyfriends, Ralph is sorted by arcs, Keffals by drama events, Rekieta is sorted by major livestreams, etc.
