Hey, if you are comfortable rolling around in your own sweat sebum dead skin and it’s delightfully plump mites and dust and it’s delightfully plump mites and the dander of whatever beautiful wonderful animal companion has and his/her parasites proglottids mites of the ear the genitals the toesany passing fecal bacteria sure it’s fine you don’t need to do that whole shower thing.

Showering or bathing at night is extremely relaxing and soothing. You come out feeling so fresh and clean when you go to bed, and you can take as much time as you please. You also get to sleep in a bit longer.

Showering in the morning I've generally found to be a terrible experience. You have to not only wake up earlier, but also rush. God help you if you're short on bathrooms and your spouse or kid or roommate is in there or uses all the hot water before you get in or your schedules overlap.

Maybe there's something to be said about it waking you up in the morning and starting your day off on the right note, but people who would say that are objectively wrong and I hate them.

You should wash yo sheets. They sound extra greasy.

My only issue with showering before bed is related to hair. After I shower and dry my hair it looks how I like it to, but then if I sleep on it I get bed head and the next morning I have to "fix" it. Fortunately shower caps exist.

That said a shower before bed comes down to what I did that day, when I last showered, and how recently I washed my sheets.

i only shower when i have to shit so that i can save time by shitting and then showering, using this method i save countless hours worth of time each month which i then use to grind more
and to answer your question no

A proper shower should last you a whole day unless you do manual labor or it's excessively hot/humid outside. I know many people just kind of rub themselves with bars of soap/those 3-in-1 shower gels. That accomplishes fucking nothing. Get a sponge and scrub yourself properly.

I think as long as you shower once a day, it'll work itself out. Let's not discourage people from bathing.

That being said, I take my shower at night. Getting home from shift work in a filth hole really hammers home the clean sleep argument given above.

I'm a morning shower guy, there's nothing like the feeling of going to work knowing you got your shit together no matter what whereas people who shower at night potentially go to work with sleep sweat on them.

The only downside to showering in the morning before work is the cold when you step out of the bathroom but you learn to live with the trauma.

Yes, mainly because I always end up living in hot sweatboxes so feel greasy and filthy at the end of the day. Great for winding down or helping with sore muscles.

Depends on the temperature and activity I've been doing. If it's the middle of winter usually not but during the summer absolutely.

Desk job: morning shower. Real work: evening shower.

Pro tip: buy white cotton pillow cases in bulk and change your pillowcase daily. Fantastic for your complexion and almost as good as new sheets every night.
