The truth is something most people can't accept. Does that mean free will exists, or just an illusion in all forms? If this life is not the end, what lies afterwards? Because evil will always exist if there is free will, a happy paradise where nothing goes wrong is simply not feasible with that in mind. Yet, through struggle we find purpose. It only becomes a problem when suffering is the main purpose of our existence; that is when life becomes a prison. When the goal of life is not to secure a living or future for your people but to instead suffer so that someone can profit off of it. It is by realizing that your purpose isn't to suffer that you rebel against the prison planet. That is something evil can't afford to accept.

It's fucked up when someone survives a horrible accident and the doctors/nurses tell them they're lucky to be alive and it's like, motherfucker, they're horrifically disfigured/crippled now, how are they lucky?

The story of the garden of eden is an accurate microcosm of how civilizations fall.

The snake does not try to convince man to go against the establihed order, because men have conviction and are not easily swayed. The snake speaks to the woman, and whispers in her ear that the order that provides everything for her is actually unjust and that she deserves more.
