Should you post like a stand up comedian? - niggas being creative and shit

TLDR: I consider my posts to be a form of standup comedy and sometimes it falls flat. Given this is k-farms do other people post in the same way? If you don't have posts that occasionally bomb are you just a boring person?
You know the great thing about being middle aged? You stop giving a shit what everyone else thinks.

...do creative stuff like use emojis or use the word penultimate.

I'm glad you brought this up, because I've seen you use this word a few times, and I sincerely encourage you to look up the definition, because it doesn't mean what I think you think it means.

This entire post, by the way, is like the antithesis of comedy. If you're thinking about it this hard and dissecting it to pieces, you've already failed.

I think I may just be ahead of my time. Dissecting all of this is the way to construct funnier stuff. It's like the method behind the madness.

Hot take: I've never found @neger psykolog funny, and thought my comedy friends who did were either nuts or screwing with me.
Part of my standup routine is that I provide valuable updates that no one else does - I effectively have an unintentional monopoly because of this.
Some people do like my updates and specifically DM me and say shit like foodie just landed in Syria please write a community happenings post.

So it's sort of like a team social event that you're forced to go to for work and I'm the "hilarious" standup comedian you have to listen to for 30 minutes before shit gets started. I'm like the carrot top of community happenings posters.

And I'm not bragging about the first part - I simply write updates about stuff no one else does and the comedy I put into those updates is an intricate select of wording and updates with my own special brand of "humour" and also usually a focus on the most absurd aspects possible.

Edit: I can't find it but someone once said all I do is be a prolific informative poster and manage to piss people off a bit with harmless shit like using penultimate

Última edición:
That's a word. So's "antepenultimate". How is it funny? Are you using it wrong or something?
It's a long running joke in DSP land because he misuses it a lot. I personally misused it also until I found out.
Are you lacking creative fulfillment outside Josh's nigger-rigged website? Is this your only outlet to be "the funny guy"? If you derive some sort of artistic gratification from adhering to neurotic goals, that's one thing - But I hope you're not suffering unduly from holding yourself to unreasonable standards in a venue where no one necessarily notices or cares.
This is a valid question and did make me rethink things - this thread has a specific purpose though, which is to explain to the mods in a certain way that my posts that they sometimes delete with very ominous reasons (or no reason at all) are just bad standup comedy attempts and that I'm not seeking to get banned from the site and that there is perhaps a place for the style of posts that I do. My bizarre posts have opened up a lot of discussion about how long community happenings posts should be among other things.

I take risks with the posts and they get deleted sometimes because they piss people off and that is a little bit intentional and makes it fun. I probably get quite a bit more leeway than other posters to take risks like that for many reasons but more than anything I'd love to see other people do it. The community happenings thread in particular is very reminiscent of some sort of a stage on k-farms and if people come out and do a standup routine that takes things and presents them in a funny way and takes a bit of risk with formatting (such as completely disregarding the very many complaints about brevity) then it makes it more entertaining.

This whole thing is a glorious spectacle where we effectively gossip like homosexuals about the ups and downs of various morons... so why not do it with a bit of style, a bit of stupidity, some niggermarking, some stupid emojis and have some retarded fun with it?

It's fine to take risks and experiment, but you also have to own it when it falls flat. That's the whole game.
I enjoy your posts outside of the community threads, but inside it I'm not a fan of how elaborate they are. Reading the community thread I just want to be up to date quickly with no fluff. But don't take it to heart.

Look at this art inspired by my failed standup comedy, this truly is the penultimate "street theater" my high school teachers made me learn about:
<Reddit space
It's so beautiful it makes me want to shed a tear and cry - because my failed, censored standup routines in the community happenings area mattered to someone out there. I am humbled by the universally positive response I receive on this website and I love you all.

I'm pretty sure nobody who has ever had to explain the joke has been funny. Dissecting it is something you do yourself, to see what works and what doesn't. Comedy isn't crowdsourced.

Possibly, but I think it is comedic to. have a thread which is rooted in the discussion of a reinforced cuck chair being conveyed by emojis. Some may disagree but its sort of like a comedy workshop - Nathan Fielder and some others have done similar things. It's not exactly crowdsourcing but it is similar and dissects comedy and blurs the line between acting and human - that blur is what makes it funny and makes this thread funny.

If I wrote a Greasemonkey script to make each one of your posts say "LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME LOOK AT MEEEEEEE," it would not significantly change your output on this site.

I can't say whether I would do the same to your posts because I guess they're of little cause in my world where I make awesome posts that people make fanart for and compliment me on my profile. Maybe if you were a better poster I would've noticed?

Sorry that my high effort posts get commendations from the teacher and yours don't.
Enjoy sitting in the corner of the classroom with a dunce hat and not having your posts widely celebrated and commended, inferior posting child.
