Apparently they brought it back for some stupid limited tie-in promotion with Stranger Things. Wish it was a bigger rollout like Pepsi did with the revived Crystal Pepsi (which I still stand by as being genuinely good). I wasn't around for New Coke so I'm genuinely curious what all the fuss was about

What I've heard from people old enough to remember the debacle is that New Coke didn't actually taste bad, it just tasted different. It was the fact that people could no longer enjoy the old taste anymore that pissed people off.
