Should terminally ill people be allowed to give birth? - Is Sterilization justified?

Depends on what your beliefs are, really. You look at a bunch of shitskins that procreate while they're inbred to hell and back. Could possibly be vaccines that could be bred out if you either had enough kids or your own offspring decided to have a lot more kids themselves. Also depends on whether or not you vaccinate them, which may or may not accelerate whatever terminal illness you'd pass on. (or perhaps just give your kids said terminal illness via vaccination in general)

If the illness in question isn't heritable, then I'd say yes. If not, then adoption would be far more preferable.
I am so mad at my mother for giving birth to me knowing the chronic illness she has. I am suffering horrendously because of and religious views on euthanasia doesn't help much. There should be a massive stigma against mothers and fathers with debilitating diseases giving birth to children. If only now I just choke on my own vomit would save me from the hell that threatens me. I nearly died choking on my own vomit once. But we all come to agree that the world we live in is hell. It would be much easier if I had a better chance of dying from the debilitating disease that haunts me. If I had internal bleeding suffering from Chron's, it would be more of a blessing if nobody attempts to revive me.

I just knocked up your terminally ill mom. Enjoy your new sibling.
I also have a younger sister. I feel so worried for her. I now know Meniere's Disease runs through my family. It's hearbreaking to think we need to put a massive end to a family bloodline because of this. It's so terrible.

So, would you rather never having been alive at all?
Considering it condemned me to Meniere's Disease. Yes. Now I have to pray I die unexpectedly. I need serious mercy if I am ever gonna continue to live. Euthanasia was called mercy killing for a reason, but no. Human life is sacred. This argument helps very well preventing abortion and other things that threaten the fertility rate. But it completely falls flat if it doesn't apply to stopping people with debilitating diseases to give birth which further leads to insanity which in turn is also detrimental to the fertility rate. Also, any attributes causing debilitating diseases such as rampant urbanization should also be addressed. I am starting to be convinced my mother comes from the devil. People with chronic debilitating illnesses need to be sterilized and in turn. I must be sterilized too to prevent this from passing on to future generations. Chris Chan has more of a right to raise a child than I do since Autism isn't as debilitating as Meniere's Disease, Capillary Leak Syndrome, FOP or Chron's. Then again his mother is rumored to have Dementia which is also something an offspring can inherit. Also not to forget there was a mass vaccination campaign that further increased the rate of debilitating diseases as well. Worth a partial Children of Men scenario to make the inheritance run dry. I told my mother she shouldn't have children and even though it hurts he feelings. I don't even care. I'm not having children and I have every right to be called out if I do. Not calling myself an Anti-Natalist though. I still want a stable fertility rate but we need a more fair share of healthy people.

With that being said, I still respect god and It's understandable why he wants me alive. However, it's going to require a plethora of arguments and massive strives in cures to extend my life. I'm still taking meds to help treat my symptoms and have an audiologist appointment on the 5th of July. I have a lot of people who want me to stay and I want to stay for them but I feel it's something I can't. Despite this. I am way too scared to live. So if I die and I get eternal sanctuary. It will feel like such a massive relief. I am thinking about donating my organs to extend the lives of others. It's a better alternative for giving birth so sufferers of said diseases. Just make sure the organs don't spread diseases.

Giving birth? Yes. I don't see why women with a terminal illness shouldn't be allowed to give birth. It's just sad that the kid will never have a mother. I don't see the point in killing the kid or letting it die with the mother.

If you mean should people with health issues that could possibly be passed on to their children be allowed to procreate then I would say they probably shouldn't. But most health issues aren't a definite thing. So at the end of the day no one will support that. Just because someone in the family died of cancer doesn't mean people shouldn't be allowed to have kids.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and blaming your mother because you’re sick. Besides, Meniere’s isn’t terminal, just causes deafness and there is a whole culture around deafness. Educate yourself shitlord
I got so driven crazy I lose touch with cognition. I'll keep my brain with new given information to avoid Alzheimer's (because if I did have it, I would forget how to help myself). If anything. I'm changing my life drastically so it could at least be a little more bearable before I die. But I will still stay true to the facts she's responsible for this. Not that I hate her on anything but it's still a royal fuck up.

Aren't we at the bleeding edge of designer babies? I bet this argument only goes on for a decade or so before illegal gene-tuning can remove many inheritable diseases. It might be a matter of money, however.
Anyways, I think they should be allowed to do so, but it's up to them whether they choose to. Reproduction is a vital instinct and it would be inhumane to control it, so I guess people just leave it to "natural selection."

There is a lot of suffering in this world. If a poor family has a child at a time when the poor are getting poorer, they may be cursing their children. That isn't as extreme as a serious illness, but I think the line is hard to draw, especially considering the "hedonic treadmill" idea that everyone has similar levels of stress and comfort, and feels them towards different things (may be bullshit)
