Should some prisons be made into criminal zoos?

Make them tourist attractions with a block setup so visitors have a safe path to walk round and observe the criminals. A murderer could be given a hannibal lectur mask and wheeled around for entertainment. There could be events where two rival gang members are put in a small cage to fight each other. And at the end visitors can choose a murderer or rapist to have a selfie with to put on a fridge magnet to take home.
