In lots of modern media wether it be video games, television, or movies often has explicit sexual content, but as many of these things are readily available to this nations youth, should sexual content be allowed in media?

If the consumer wants it and they are of legal age (depending on how graphic the content is), then yes.
I know sexual content can be addicting but that's the addicted's problem, not anybody else's. People need to learn that sex or sexual content is just a primitive satisfaction that is brief and get over it.
