I only sleep for like 5 hours at the most. What happens is I get up really early and end up getting tired later on and needing naps. It's why I tend to stay up a later.

Okay, the answer depends on when you go to sleep then, if like me, I think you'll be fine getting up around 8. However if you're still up by 12-1 in the morning, no, you should sleep in more.That didn't answer my question
