Kinda double posting from the art thread but i need more opinions.
So my friends have been pushing me to make t-shirt designs with my drawings.
They obviously mean well but they also bias since they know me and maybe not knowing if these would sell.
I've been tossing idea around in my head but still not sure if i should commit.
I did 3 designs just to test the water of what might be intersting to see on a shit. So tell me what do you think.
Would these sell?
Would you buy it?
These might be a series with different themes. And i was planning to place them slightly off center where heart should be.

Obviously i would redraw them and clear them up a bit before digitizing them.
And feel free to say it shit. I don't mind.

Yes, I would purchase a t-shirt with one of those awesome designs. Will they be available in 5 XL?
With how things going i will be able to sell only in Russia for a while.
advertising it somewhere, like maybe your YT channel if you have one with followers, or social media, in order to reach more people
Keeping social account is the most dreading part tbh. I would need to get something like an instagram account or something.

Depends if you can keep the overhead low enough, do you print them yourself? where do you source the t-shirts, dye etc. If you do all you can yourself it will reduce unit cost but will be more labour intensive per order, something to think of if you start getting increased numbers of orders. Also mind the cost of shipping materials and postage if you intend to ship them vs sell at a market of sorts (also the cost of having a table at a market) If you can balance those variables you should be able to make a bit of change and sharpen your art skills, maybe consider printing shirts for local events, venues or groups as another means of diversifying your market. I'd give it a go just don't invest too heavily or have your margins too thin if you use other companies or buisinessess to complete/print your orders. Best of luck and happy trading.

They're definitely cool designs, especially the first one and third one. Personally, I wouldn't buy a shirt with those designs but I'd definitely get one as a sticker or something similar. Maybe a print/ poster or something. Just my two cents.
