Should I ask someone at a studio where a lost piece of media is? - Particularly the one behind Mon Cheri Coco

I booked hotels in Japan and 2 of them manage to be close to the studios of the headquarters. If it's considered extremely rude to ask someone there, I just won't bother going inside and only ask a Japanese person about the show it unless they're shy which most of them are and I don't want to bother them when they are shy.

Make sure to stretch out your eyes with your fingers, pretend to be buck-toothed, and then ask in broken English but with a very think Japanese accent in order to trick them into thinking you're one of their own.
