Should being a vtuber require a license / being put on a register?

I think there needs to be some type of control on this shit. Maybe a government ran service to give the nearby names and addresses of all vtubers so I know who to keep my future kids away from.

I also don’t really want them in the genepool, so if castration was a forced prerequisite to getting a vtuber license that’d be nice.
