Depends. I like short hair on women most of the time, because I think it's pretty cute. I'm fairly picky about my long hair. It needs to be stylish and sensible.
Long hair almost never looks good on men unless you're also rocking a goat, and even then, very few guys can pull it off, and those that can, tend to be femboys or traps.
It's a hell of a mixed bag depending on if you're gay or bisexual.
