Shlomo Finkelstein / Aron Pielka Arrest - Shlomo Finkelstein is the pseudonym of a German youtuber who has currently been in prison for over half a year for wrongspeak

I know it isn’t what you mean but every Chink and Third Worlder could apply then.
You're like the third or fourth person to reply with this same concept.

As I said the first time, in theory we could just say no to them. I never implied automatic acceptance.

However I have to say now that it is somewhat concerning when I propose we do something to help people being unjustly oppressed by draconian faggot governments and the response from a noticeable number of people is "but the niggers though." I understand where you're coming from but you need to stop letting your disdain for niggers prevent you from helping the people that truly need it.

no, not really. something like 8%~10% of the entire country's population died. imagine if 10% of the US population, mostly young men, just up and vanished. shit would change really fast.
how many of that 10% would be blacks?

Should I be worried about my username as a german

God I hate this country so fucking much, not only do let they get us raped by sandniggers and laugh about it, now they arrest us for at least laughing about it ourselves

Jews are afraid to go out because of the sandniggers.
Jews are also thinking that the only anti-sandnigger political party is somehow the worst possible thing that can happen.

Something tells me that Jews might not be a closed homogenous monolith, but there might actually be individuals that have those stances and individuals that have different stances. Same way not all Germans co-sign ourdemocracy

Some of us do. I increasingly feel alone in doing so though.
It’s just popped into my head as was thinking ‘God given rights’ that the increasing atheism and statism of the world negates that concept in peoples minds as well. Created is repeated often in your documents. Americans are more religious than Brits and so you’re more into the idea that there’s something bigger and our rights flow from that.
Yet people who think they just occurred maybe are less inclined to think that humans are entitled to a set of innate, or God given or inherent rights. Their authority is the state and they think the state is the highest authority.
It also reflects their level of moral development. If there’s nothing truly bigger than you than the state, and nothing above the state, then how do you get past that Kohlberg stage of conditional morality into the stage where you synthesise a morality based on concepts above national law?
The mentions of a creator in our founding documents have little to do with a belief in god. But were and are rather about establishing a set of founding principles for our republic, the main reason why they mention a creator is because the world/universe/whatever having a natural origin rather than a supernatural one was not considered intellectually credible in the late 18th century.

There's a reason why the Declaration of Independence doesn't mention Jesus or the Bible, for example.

Yes, and it’s still this idea of a greater, higher power. It’s a thing above the state. A sort of spirit, God, I suppose you can give it many names, but it’s not this mundane reductionist thought that says ; you’re all just meat, and cattle

Nah, I don't see it that way. It was basically their way of saying: "We hereby proclaim that all men have these rights, end of discussion." Just with fancier wording. If the declaration in question had been written a hundred years later, or if certain scientific theories had been proposed a hundred years earlier, they likely would have said something like "All men are equal by their very nature, and have certain rights due to said nature."

You could also say that all states and laws are ultimately things created by people, and must therefore be ultimately subservient to those people and not the other way around, because why have the states and laws if they aren't such?

That’s still referencing a thing greater than the State. The problem we gave now in Europe especially is that the state, the EU, is the highest thing.. the founders in their wisdom recognised that it isn’t the state allowing you to do things, it’s an inalienable right we have to not be prevented from doing the things.

Yeah that's fair, the Founding Fathers were firmly of the opinion that the government existed for the sake of American citizens and not the other way around. Hence the state being subservient to the people and not the opposite.

Did you know that Null is the German word for "zero"?
Really gets your noggin joggin
As if it wasn't an English word:

so anyone buying that Shlomo got busted "just for one meme" like Naomi Seibt is seriously braindead.
The guy's been a fixture online for ages, constantly throwing shit. He's always skirting the legal edge, and sometimes he straight-up crosses it. Publicly stating you wanna murder all muslims (like that time on Fernsehkritik TV) is basically pouring gasoline on a fire.

Even though I think it's dumb he got arrested, it wasn't just about "a silly little meme". An edgelord getting in trouble for not following his probation order lol. Also I don't believe his story about not getting any letters.

For me the guy is a lolcow himself, and Naomi Seibt is a whole new can of worms

I mean just reading his Wikipedia (I know...It's not really a reliable source) the guy comes off like he has been autistic about his "politics" for years and also was cited multiple times by the german authorities. From what I understand, he caught multiple charges since 2016. This one meme was just the straw breaking the camel's back so to speak.

Just another run of the mill chudjak that put his autistic internet squabbles over having a stable family - that being said, I don't think he should have been arrested and strict censorship and overregulation creates martyrs and resentment.

Then explain to me why one of Null's aliases was ichverbot - a bad German translation of his older alias IBan :smug:
I have no idea what we're arguing about. I just don't want to be left out.
No doubt a German undercover agent.
Love me some Verschwörungstheorie.

so more or less he was fined 600 euros for broadcasting the song, and got sent in jail because the idiots sent the notice to the wrong address and he didn't know about it or could do anything about it until after the deadline has come and pass.

had he been Canadian, he could've murdered somebody and be out of jail by supper time.
