Shitty Anime Openings and Endings - Annoying, unfitting, or just downright terrible

Since we already have a thread for the ones we like, let's vent our frustrations for the anime songs (original or localized) that just don't make for good listening. I'll start:
This pretty much popularized the ear-grinding, high-pitch, "cutesy" anime openings so common these days. Its existence itself is a sin.

It can be an earworm, but the music does not fit the animation at all. Or the theme of the series.

For me, the shittiest anime opening I can think of is the third Code Geass opening.
God damn, not only is the song boring, but there's no animation! It's a bunch of art pasted on a background!

Huh...don't remember that opening. Don't think its still that bad outside the visual department. Certainly inferior to the show's other openings, that's for dang sure.
 
Surprised this wasn't mentioned yet.
It is simultaneously the worst, and the best, anime opening which has ever been created. It is so off putting and inappropriate for the theme of Berserk that it transcends any objective measurement of quality, and, like the God Hand, rests within an inconceivable extra dimensional void.

I love that opening, the minimalism of the OP tells you shit's going down and it's a catchy as hell song and I unironically like it more than JIBUN WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
