One of Shia LaBeouf's alleged assault victims from his crazy night in New Orleans Monday told police Shia repeatedly hurled gay slurs at him during the alleged attack.

In the official police incident report, obtained by TMZ, Shia allegedly called two men the F-word multiple times while striking them with closed fists. But he didn't stop there, continuing to spew slurs at them even when the cops were investigating the scene and arresting him.

According to the report, Shia said at one point, "These f*****s put me in jail. I'm a Catholic."

As we previously reported ... Shia allegedly got aggressive at an establishment called R Bar in the French Quarter. When he was escorted out of the bar, he allegedly struck at least one man with a closed fist, left and later returned, reportedly even more belligerent.

In the new report, Shia's alleged second victim says he told Shia he didn't want to fight ... before Shia punched him in the nose.

The police report states the man's nose may have been dislocated. The man told police he pushed his own nose back into place and would later go to the hospital.

We also got video of the actor getting his ass whooped prior to the cops' arrival.

He was later arrested and charged with 2 counts of simple battery.
He seems to have religion on the brain quite a bit lately ... we got video of him from a week before the arrest, talking with some people about why people don't go to church.

Shia LaBeouf was back in the French Quarter, on Bourbon Street, for another night of debauchery after his arrest Mardis Gras morning ... and pretended he wasn't famous as fellow partiers approached him!

Check out the footage of him from fellow Mardi Gras attendees in New Orleans -- the former Disney star is super nonchalant as he's approached by a streamer ... and claims he's not anyone famous. Yet, he's got no problem talking to the thrilled fans eager to get a word in with him.

In other video, he's happily waving his release papers as he vibes with the crowd. Court docs obtained by TMZ confirm he was released from jail on his own recognizance ... which means he was let out of the clink without paying bail.

He's decked out for his night out ... rockin' several beaded necklaces and -- and at one point, even wore a light-up leis!

Shia's not shy with the thrilled fans coming up to him -- and tells a local report his favorite part about the celebration is the people. Awww.

While he appeared to be having one helluva time in The Big Easy, he tweeted a concerning message overnight, writing ... "Free me."

As you know ... Shia was arrested overnight Monday in the French Quarter after allegedly punching a bar employee, leading to an all-out brawl. Wild video TMZ obtained from the altercation shows him head-butting a man before he took a beatdown himself.

He was later charged with two counts of simple battery ... and has a court date scheduled for March 19.

Shia LaBeouf's recent arrest has many worried ... including his estranged wife, who we're told wants the star to get help.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Mia Goth wants LaBeouf to go to rehab and manage his drinking -- especially in light of his recent arrest in New Orleans, publicizing his issues.

Our sources say this is just the public seeing behaviors that have been going on for years.

Despite their estrangement -- the two separated about a year ago -- we're told Mia loves Shia ... and she wants him to be present in their daughter's life. They share a 3-year-old daughter named Isabel.

We broke the story ... LaBeouf was arrested in the Big Easy and charged with two counts of simple battery earlier this week after he got beat down by a group of dudes.

He had bought a $1 million house and moved to the city a few months ago after splitting from Mia.

While being taken away, cops say Shia fired off a series of gay slurs ... and, we've obtained video from 10 days before the incident where LaBeouf launches into a tirade about religion and sex.

We already knew Mia was concerned about Shia ... but rehab raises the level of alarm far past simple concern. We'll have to wait and see if Shia feels it's in his best interest to go.

Shia Arrested Again in NOLA on Battery Charge​

Shia LaBeouf has been arrested again in New Orleans, TMZ can confirm.

The actor was taken into a county jail just after 1:30 PM local time Saturday on a new battery charge, online records show.

It's unclear if this charge stems from the Feb. 17 incident that led to his arrest. It was reported earlier Saturday a new warrant was issued for the Disney alum stemming from his prior arrest.

As we reported ... Shia was originally arrested during Mardi Gras and charged with 2 counts of simple battery after allegedly starting a bar brawl in the French Quarter. The official police report also says he hurled homophobic slurs multiple times at a group of people outside the bar.

He was released on his own recognizance -- meaning he didn't have to post bond -- hours after his arrest earlier this month and headed straight to Bourbon Street to continue his Mardi Gras celebrations.

But on Thursday, a judge tore him apart for his offensive language. His bail was also set at $100,000, and Shia was ordered to undergo drug testing and enroll in substance abuse treatment. Since the Mardi Gras incident, he's spoken out about the arrest -- claiming he doesn't have a drinking problem, but admits he isn't a fan of gay people touching him ... which he says it what set him off in the streets.

Shia Screams at Woman Sitting Beside Him in Rome​

Shia LaBeouf seemingly lost his cool while in Rome ... appearing agitated with a woman sitting next to him outside a restaurant.

The controversial actor was spotted hanging out in Italy's capital earlier this week ... sitting at a table in a t-shirt and jeans and sipping out of a bottle.
Check out this video ... He's talking animatedly to this woman ... before loudly yelling "F*** off" at her.

Despite his anger, she appears relatively unfazed ... not moving a muscle while he stares her down.

Later on, the video picks up with Shia screaming in the street ... pacing around a crosswalk and yelling in a general direction. It's unclear if he's yelling at the same woman or someone else.

As you know ... Shia has had a concerning few weeks -- beginning with his arrest for battery in New Orleans last month. He was allowed to travel to Rome despite the arrest, where he was filmed walking around a hotel lobby in just his underwear. Video of Shia in New Orleans Friday -- shortly after returning from Rome -- captured a shouting match with cops ... which ended with Shia in tears.
