Le Lieu unique isn't a standard museum. It used to be a biscuit factory and now it's a 'contemporary arts centre'. In reality it's a cafe/bar on the ground level with some rooms for workshops and an open arts space above. The main appeal of this building is the tower which the flag sits on.

It's been pointed out that the flag currently on the stream doesn't have any burn marks. Well it turns out this is the third flag as the livestream has gone down a couple of times now due to flag sabotage. Shia/Luke have been trying to keep it quiet that their flag has gone down more times than they would like. This explains the recent anger and re-posting of their current flag.

In November someone got a cheap drone, used it to lift a condom full of printer ink up to the flag and crashed the drone into the flag. This threw ink all over the flag, person got arrested, stream went down and flag was replaced.
Then in December, someone used a DJI Phantom drone with a knife duct-taped to it and cut the flag off the pole. This person avoided getting arrested.
An empty flag pole on the stream was captured in this instance (17th of Dec) and people took photos of the building showing no flag. It was like this for almost a week before a new flag was set up.

Apparently in these instances while the flag is being replaced. It's clear that Shia and co put the stream on a loop to make it look like the flag is still flying. People have noticed this as the stream will still show it's day, but outside its already becoming night time. They've forgotten the days are shorter due to it being winter in France. I've attached some photos.

Yeah, either covering the cam with something, inking the lens, or finding the IP(or MAC, either one not sure which) address of the cam and just DDoS the living hell of it. They've gone for the throat for a while and I think they should go for eyes of this whole "art project".

So unless somebody has a botnet, DDoSing is completely out of the question. They will need to physically target the camera. Get your printer ink ready bois.

Small update, using Whois, I figured out the website hewillnotdivide.us is probably hosted with this company so a DDoS attack on livestream.com will be basically impossible, and a DDoS attack on hewillnotdivide.us will also be viable for maybe a couple hours? But thats about it. The only thing 4chan really can do is attack the source physically if they want to win.

Not likely, back when I trolled little cunts on twitch, we always either tried to get them to click on strawpoll links that were actually IP grabbers, or we tried to get them to give us their stream key. Once we got their stream key, we basically hijacked their stream, and streamed pornography. Because it was their stream key we were using, it was streamed to their profile, which resulted in them being banned. This, of course, was reliant on them being gullible enough to give us their stream key in the first place.

I dont think Shia or Le Lieu unique is gullible enough to give anybody their stream key though, lol.
