I contacted Popehat on Facebook years ago because he had previously dealt with Vordrak during GamerGate, he encouraged me to email him and I did. He sent one reply asking for a little bit of information and then did no subsequent follow-up.

Yes... supposedly, Vic totally admitted his guilt, but then backtracked as soon as Monica lawyered up.

And somehow, they'd rather spend tens of thousands of dollars of their own money on legal fees, while they sit on this bombshell evidence that would completely torpedo Vic's case. Hmmm.

Yea don't think this is the bombshell Shane thinks it is. I mean it all depends on those concessions. At best it shows the defendants were willing to backtrack their statements (like he shouldn't be at cons and such to make them safer) and allow him to go to some cons. At worse it shows coercion and such with multiple parties but that depends on who was asking for the concessions. Really interested in seeing these concessions now.

Watch it be some stupid shit like Vic thinking he was talking to friends and saying something along the lines of 'gee, i guess i should've stopped doing the coffee line because of current year. If i hadn't done that then there would be no allegations'. All while these same friends are lying to cons about him and trying to get Funimation to investigate and then fire him. That wouldn't look bad for the defendants at all ;)

Also Shane's a giant idiot as BHBH will have already seen these 'texts' and if it killed Vic's case as he claims, then they likely wouldn't have taken him as a client.

That is true BHBH will already have those texts, either way probably wont look good for them. I mean they had him by the throat so they were probably the ones making the concessions and Vic was probably not wanting to do all of them.

Which would probably directly coincide with his Feb 13th statement. And if it is, we can almost guarantee that it will show civil conspiracy.
I get the feeling Shane is just gonna be Shane and release that misinterpreted information ahead of time to try and twist the narrative like he always has. Or even better, when discovery hits, he finds out that he doesn't know everything about the inside circle because Ron and Monica kept the rest a secret from him. It would suck to find out you were just a disposable tampon.

Just watch him release screenshots of Vic agreeing to make a statement, but he never agreed or admitted he was guilty of any of the allegations.

We all know that shane doesn't want vic to get help he even admits that he wants vic to admits to crimes that he didn't do.shane stop being a tool ron is just using you to keep up the narrative that vic was a sexual predator.shane ron Is feeding you inaccarate information.it will come out in discovery of what you have been doing with ron.
 
@Shane_Yes_That_One Is that why you were asserting Vic should just "make a statement apologizing for what he's done?" Because Monica and Ron were trying to get him to make such a statement, effectively suiciding his own career and unable to bring a lawsuit against them? Because he wouldn't play ball with them the first time, you thought you could step in for them and get you some good boy points from a cuck and a woodchuck?

Now that's a really interesting question because iirc he was assigned to that case together with Andrea Perez, who also works for Kessler Collins. I checked she is still on their webpage.
As I understand it Casey Erick worked at the behest of Kessler Collins on the lawsuit together with Andrea Perez, so when he really doesn't work for Kessler Collins anymore who will be the lawyer for MoRon? Andrea Perez?
