The issue here is she needs to be hit hard enough that her friends in the con industry that probably helped her with Vic and Todd to never want to associate with her.
It would be kind of 'ironic' if all their friends left them because of their accusations and they blindly believed in them.

Also considering everything that's been found so far it seems like it's far bigger then just defamation against Vic. Sure Ty will only worry about Vic but just makes you curious what would happen if a larger conspiracy was proven in the court.
 
I feel so bad for Shane's wife. One of the worst things third wave feminism did was to convince young women that pretending to enjoy their sexual degradation is a form of empowerment. Thanks Shane, we heard it the first time you insufferable sack of shit. Fuck me this guy is the most boring lolcow I've ever seen, all he ever does is go around in a circle. Why are people still talking to him about anything related to Vic? He's a nobody that knows even less than I do about this case or the law. The only thing worth engaging him about is his love for shoe cuisine and marrying "damaged goods that suck a mean dick".

There's a joke about 'oh, to have the confidence of a mediocre white male' - and Shane is what they're talking about. Because here is this mediocre-at-best dumbass who knows nothing, acting with the confidence of someone who has a single fucking clue, merrily going about his day casually degrading his wife and fighting with people online.

A regular person, they would look at the pages upon pages of people telling him he's wrong and how, and perhaps reconsider. They might think that the continuous stream of people saying, 'There will be lawsuits, they're not instant but they will happen', including the lawyers who will actually file those lawsuits, means that to say it will never happen is an untenable position. They might even think that repeated attempts to insert themselves as a central figure in what is clearly a legal situation that involves spending a great deal of money is a bad idea, even if it makes your ego swell to think of how important you are.

But nope. Shane is completely confident in his utter wrongness, and nothing can burst that bubble, not even facts. Because he has led an entirely unexamined life, and he's not going to start now.

But all that aside, Adults don't say shit like that to each other. Especially not adults on Twitter with public exposure.
