If only Casey had known Vic wouldn't be there.
Oh wait. The last motion he filed with the court said that he'd been told (also "the longest time" ago) Vic would be unavailable. Knowing that, why would he turn up for a deposition he knew wasn't going to happen?

Vic has been laying low. He's barely been heard from on Social Media. And he hired a fantastic PR team in BHBH which has successfully defended his good name and career, and if anything increased his earnings.

Edit accepted. He acted the same way when they filed the motion to quash, Shane now thinks that Casey dealt a serious blow to Vics case.

If there's one good thing to come out of this whole ordeal it's that @Shane_Yes_That_One is the best addition to the farms, and once the weeb wars dies down, I really hope he find a home in the general lolcow forum.

I'm starting to think that Casey is taking a very hands-off approach to this suit. That would at least explain that catastrophic fuckup that was made while trying to claim dibs on depositions. The case he cited argued the exact opposite of what he was trying to argue!
