Set the default image insert to Thumbnail instead of Full Size

When we insert an image (NOT attachment) it goes in by default at Full Size which looks ugly 99% of the time. Way too many people insert images that take up HUGE portions of a page. Mobile users in particular insert phone screenshots that are mostly empty space. It's not really their fault because it's a multi-step process to fix it: you have to go in, delete the image you just inserted, then select Insert Thumbnail. Don't nobody got time for that shit and I don't blame them. The first step is nigh impossible on mobile if you have stubby fingers.

Full Size should probably not even be an option to begin with. Let people click on the thumbnail to bring up the full size version.
