Gotta agree with you there. The title of the movies say everything you need to know.

It wasn't called Marvel: The Civil War. It was Captain America: The Civil War. Because Captain America and by extension Chris Evans was the star of the film & commanded box office draw.

If Brie was the star it'd be Captain Marvel 2 but no they named Brie's sequel film the most generic title possible "The Marvels."

Brie Larson got an Oscar. She's still not Scarlet Johansson, Natalie Portman, or Emma Stone. She's in the B-List of the public consciousness.
