I can't really resent people for acting in self-interest. The elites in our culture have created an environment where you get ahead by complaining about how oppressed you are due to identity, and Asians like getting ahead. And then if you complain about oppression and continually get positive feedback for it, you'll keep doing it until it becomes part of your personality.
