Search option suggestion

I don't know if it's possible, or if we are already able to and I'm an idiot, but is there a way to add the option to limit searched posts to those that include media? In some bloated threads I might be trying to find a particular picture, if I search a general term I know was in the post I might get 50+ results but only one has an actual image in the post. It would just make it much quicker to find relevant info.

As I said, if this is already an option then I'm an idiot.

This is not related to the OP, but I would really like a search option for PM's. I understand if it is too hard to implement, but it would be quite nice especially considering how a lot of them have 200+ pages and you are looking for one specific thing.

That would definitely be useful, sometimes there are posts that are just "oh does anyone have this audio" and even though some people know it's a few dozen pages back nobody knows for sure which page it is.

This was just happened to me trying to find an audio clip of Tom, except it was a clip from years ago.
