Looking at all these tweets is painful, it must be a test in psychological torture to have to seek out and archive all of it.

Also, Monica only gets work because of her friends/connections at Funimation/Sentai BT. If any other person that wasn't as well connected as her did what she did to Vic or any other VA they would've have been blacklisted instantly because that would be seen as an automatic liability.

Replace "Monica" with "Vic" and you have something that starts with "Proje" and ends with "ction".

Also, it goes much further than politics & just that one scene. There are multiple fuck-ups in the dub like the lesbophobia due to Marchi thinking she knows the show better than itself (she actually indirectly said it in a tweet), multiple context bending/ruining changes that are absolutely different than what the show is (Kobayashi's reaction after Kanna calling her a slut, Kobayashi & Tohru's reaction to Lucoa's non-existent "patriarchy" & many more).

I have literal archives of Munchie & notes of Japanese to prove my shit, by the way.

All I'll say is, the dub & official subs, are the worst way to watch this show. Either use fansubs or manga.

Does anyone remember when the extra large stuffed fat Tewson/Bettik interfered with Nick's IStandWithSophie campaign? You know the tag about the child who was literally being sexually abused by her mum's partner, and the awkward decision made by the judge that allowed it to continue?

Tewson/Bettik is a pedophile sympathiser/defender but pushes that narrative about Vic.
