Actually, the human body doesn't process enzymes for breaking down animal specific proteins, etc. Only for plants. While our bodies somewhat can process them, it's not as efficient as carnivores or omnivores, and still harms our bodies. We are simply herbivores.
Inuits live short lives, are not healthy, and suffer lot of illnesses. They are not a population you want to live like at all.
Meat was forced onto the food pyramid due to the meat industry. Again, humans do not need it at all. Not even a little bit. That's what I'm trying to get you to understand. We do not need any form of animal products in our diets, or even lives, and are healthier and better off without it. More and more nutritionists are realizing how harmful animal products really are and are telling people to stop eating it. Doctors receive very little nutritional education, so doctors who actually do extra research on the subject realize that animal products are bad so inform the public to avoid it, such as Dr. Colin Campbell and many others who are writing books and making documentaries on the subject to get the information out there. And more and more scientists from Harvard and other such places also are showing in their research how terrible animal products are even in small doses.
Humans may have used animal products back when they didn't have modern technology and survival was more difficult, but today we can better eat our natural diet and avoid using others when not needed. There's no reason to discuss past uses of animals when in modern times it's unnecessary, harms the planet, and is outdated. Not to mention cruel.
Recall that those researchers and doctors were not always vegan. They made the changes when their research showed them what they needed to do. Just as people stopped smoking for health when research showed what it actually does to your body.
Milk, eggs, and meat do not need to be int he human diet, period. That's why I shared that journal. Animal products need to be avoided at all costs. Rape and murder has always been involved since early times. Should we continue it too just because hunting also existed? No. And humans cannot handle animal products. Again, we are herbivores.
If you wish to wait for my journal on meat, it posts in October. The first week. Most likely that Monday since I have to always ensure I'm home when my Educational Journals post due to trolls, harassment, and other such attackers always seeming to comment first. I need to be ready to hide their death and rape threats and block them before they go off commenting on my artwork or even sending death threats to my watchers. I can't even begin to tell you how bad it gets... And despite my journals saying that such comments will earn a hide and block, they still do it thinking for some reason it makes them "right" or "special."
