It's not opinion to say Vic lured you into his hotel room, pinned you to the bed, and tried to have his way with you. It's not opinion to say Vic grabbed you by the roots of your hair, yanked your head back painfully, and whispered something sexual into your ear. It's not opinion to say you know Vic has assaulted multiple women. It's not opinion to say Vic was terminated for threatening and harassing behavior. It's not opinion when you induce someone to breach contract with Vic.
Maybe Vic has done these things, Maybe he hasn't. Let a jury decide. They seemed terrified by the prospect of a jury.
