I found these at a local farmer’s market/garden place. Should I try them? 🤔 For the people who’ve had them are they original brand or a knock off

I love shortbread. So much that I'll even buy Trefoils over any other Girl Scout Cookie. Walkers are pretty decent, and you get to bite the head off an annoying high maintenance dog, just like with animal crackers, or chocolate bunnies. Go for it! Tasty with whatever beverage, but you'll definitely want a beverage. They sort suck the saliva outta your mouth.

Since we're discussing shortbreads (of the non-butchery style), do you guys like Trefoils? I think they're pretty decent, even to this day when all of the products have been modernized, and the girls aren't baking the cookies, but earning a business badge.
Trefoils are a good standby for cold rainy days with some good tea. Their lemonade cookies are OK, Thin Mints are always good, Samoas were great and they rolled out some French Toast cookies recently that are pretty solid.

I like them. Always buy at least 2 boxes when that time of year rolls around.

They're the original brand; come in different shapes.

Pretty tasty, but that's because they're basically butter, sugar and flour, in about that order.

Whether you should try them depends on how much you like shortbread, and how much they're trying to price-gouge you.

After Christmas is the best time to pick up remaindered Walkers shortbread in Santa or tree shapes. Sometimes they have coupons printed on the inside of the package, too.
