but i guess the facts still remain the facts and unless you are able to accept the fact that no matter how many operations you get you will always be who you were to begin with and as a man you will never be able to become a real woman because being a real woman is about more than just not having a dick and having long hair and wearing dresses. you will just be doomed to suffer until it finally becomes too much to handle.

this is why the doctors that allow this stuff to happen should all be thrown in prison forever if not worse. i know many troons are just AGP weirdos but i do truly feel bad for the ones who have legit dysphoria and are lied to by these greedy fucks who lack the backbone and heart to tell them that ruining their bodies wont make the things they feel go away.

It is interesting this is mentioned, I'll first preface I do not have strong opinions one way or another about the tranny question/eternal tranny menace. Having been curious seeing this make community highlights though I will point out the research data in this while incredibly interesting and a good read, is ultimately fairly meaningless given the sample size they worked with was only 14 people. With such a small sample size it's quite difficult to make such broad and sweeping comparisons in the manner that was used within the article.

You can believe whatever you like, I have always believed the genesis was with oxycodone and the American Medical brain trust believing everything could be solved by oxycodone and the similar pills the pharmaceutical corporations made trillions off of. It's now 2024 about 25 years later and he medical braintrust is supporting sexual reassignment surgery. Making people into lifelong patients needing more pain meds, medical dilation devices (lmao), hormone treatment, surgery after surgery after cosmetic surgery, not to mention all the associated medical needs from the surgery. They keep telling everyone this is a serious life affirming issue and the Medical insurance companies better fucking pay or else. Even Lucas "Keffals" Roberts alludes constantly to having debilitating pain and constant special medical requirements and he is barely fucking 30 years old. I'm sure the drug addiction had nothing to do with this either.

Tbf there have been other studies that came to the same conclusion (that surgery actually increases suicidality, rather than decreasing it) but they always get handwaved away.

But the more that unrelated studies come to the same findings regarding this phenomenon, the better. At some point they're just going to have to admit that GRS isn't helpful palliative care. It's plastic surgery for the mentally ill. But they absolutely don't want to do that for obvious reasons.
