The maintenance period is now over. We are on the new box.

I haven't had time to work out the apache setup, but I've mimiced the settings from the old box. I will gradually increase the settings. If you notice any hiccups at all, let me know.

We've lost some attachments. Attachment number 5000 and up have vanished. Sorry. They don't exist on the old server either and I don't know why that is. May be a disc space issue or something.

The first 5000 attachments (the vast majority of all attachments) are in place.

Edit: The total number of attachments lost is 25 out of 5024.

DNS propagation takes a long ass time but I introduced a hotfix.

If your DNS is out of date your connection to the forum will be about as slow as it was before. Once the update takes place you will be loading about 4x faster.

If you're doing tests and know what you're doing, 192.81.135.155 is the old IP and if your hosts matches that you're connecting to the old box which then connects to the new box and sends the information back.

If you're connecting to an IP that starts with 104 that's Cloudflare.

Looks like people are having trouble with inserting images.

I suspect that image attachments are still trying to save to that bunk 5th folder that was lost during the migration and that the new attachments might not be saving properly or are pointing/looking towards the wrong file path. Just a hunch.

Null has crashed into slumber, so in the meantime try just embedding images rather than using attachments

Seems like everything is working as far as I can see. I never added images as attachments anyway so it doesn't affect me.

Stress tests on the new box are done and after hitting like 260 concurrent users yesterday we only bottle-necked on disk i/o again, which is because it's the only resource we didn't get any more of. It's harder to get faster read/write speed than SSD.

I've enabled caching again. The forums should be zippy az fck now.

Session caching disabled. If you're still getting randomly logged out please tell me here.

If you guys are having issues you should probably complain where I can see it because I only hear about shit here-say on chat hours after the fact and it's pissing me off.
