Scams for people from the internet (and others)

I get these messages a lot and have never actually gotten to the scam part. I talked to one of these fuckers for like a week once and other than obviously trying to get personal information from me I had no idea what the point of it was. I get the job ones a fair bit as well but I usually just tell them to fuck off. Lately I've just been responding to them pretending to be a pajeet and it's usually pretty funny. I even had one of them get mad at me and tell me they don't like Indians and blocked me.
Ask for money up front, before you jump through any hoops. Tell them you've done a couple of these side hustles and enjoyed them and since they are offering a small retainer to get started, can I have it now in crypto please. You never know, you might get one that's retarded enough to pitch you some cash. At which point you pretend you didn't get anything and block them. What are they gonna do, call the cyber-cops to back-trace you?

For the most part the job offer type ones I've gotten are part time call center type jobs offering third world wages so I'm not even sure who the scams are supposed to be targetting. But I'll give that one a try next time. I did tell one of them they should be questioning their life choices and to try being a useful human being for a change and it actually seemed to upset them enough I felt kind of bad for a brief moment after. I also got the same person twice once a few months apart but they didn't remember they'd talked to me already. I don't understand how that shit can be viable. I'm pretty sure they work out of big call center type businesses that run off these scams. Who is their target? How do they make money? It just seems so retarded. Of all the scammers I've ever interacted with they've been the most confusing and ineffective. They really do seem more like bored employees just trying to get through the day rather than people who actually know how to scam people when you talk to them.

It's viable in the same sense that telemarketing is viable here in the West. Follow the script and you'll make the sales. It helps being a young female, because people trust you more.

As we can see from recent scam-baiting videos, it's a billion-dollar industry. They work in 3 shifts using the same premises and technical resources. It is a parasitic culture with airs about having ancient heritage going back 4K years.

Don't feel bad. No-one's starving in India any more. These folks can always go back to the village and live off the land (unlike you, you probably can't tell parsley leaves from coriander leaves). But you see, they want nike shoes and bling, like the instagram influencers, so they do these bullshit "jobs." They also come to our countries and shit up the place. Fuck them. Don't let them waste any of your precious time.

Well you're wrong about that one. Though they sell the leaves as cilantro here for some reason instead of calling it coriander.

I live in Canada. You really don't need to convince me to hate jeets. If I could hate them more I would but I'm pretty maxed out I think at this point.

What OP describes is such an obvious scam. I dont get how people fall for those.

Anyone who contacts you and has a money opportunity for you is trying to scam you. Even if they dont know it themselves, like in MLM type of businesses.

If you have a business, you contact people who can help you achieve what you need. You look for employees on legit platforms.

What you don't do is get sucked into marketing emails and hire people through dating aps.

If you get fucked, you kind of deserve it. But I do have experience with it myself in some way.

Scams with rental apartments are ones many people fall for where it's really difficult to navigate for people who are not aware or desperate.

10 years back or so ago, I remember almost getting scammed with a short term rental. The market was really crowded where I was, and this apartment was way above the market at an affordable price. The guy strung me along with interviews, viewing delayed, excuses etc... Then someone else was on the apartment and if I wanted to secure my first position, I needed to make a deposit in Western Union and show him the receipt so he knew the money was in escrow.

The moment I saw Western Union, I knew it was a scam. But I have no doubt many people fall for it. The way it's described to you, it's just an escrow, you're not actually paying, but all the info to cash out is on the recipe you send.

Having an email account in the early aughts and just getting bombarded with emails for Boner pills.
