There's a first draft of the script lurking around the internet, apparently.
From what I remember from readings on /co/, said first draft includes:
  • As people have said, there is a multiple-page long food orgy, ending in a climax for everyone involved. Pretty much every main character fucks in this scene. It does not cut, it does not take breaks, it's just food fucking until they're done.
  • A villain that's a giant douche, a used condom that acts like a rape victim. The Douche interrogates an arab-stereotype Flatbread (I think) by having a rat shit on him. Social commentary..?
  • A bit of anti-religious subtext. The food sees humanity as gods, and being bought as like going to heaven. The nonperishable items at the grocery store made this up so the other food would have something to believe in before their inevitable fate.
  • There's a Flatbread (mentioned above) and a Bagel (guess what he's a stereotype of?) that have some back-and-forth, which ends with them becoming a gay couple. We are not spared from consummation.
I might sit this one out, or wait and see. I feel like if this made in like, the mid-2000's, it would've been a masterpiece. Hell, same thing with Suicide Squad. What's with all the new Hot Topic-core being released now?

Última edición:
Apparently, the Salma Hayek taco is a lesbian. Because you guys needed to know.

not gonna lie, I would watch just for that, if the movie was actually 2 hours of passionate live action mud wrestling AUGH YEAH

I guess you could say that the orgy scene is like watching food porn.

:coster:

I actually want to see this as I kind of enjoyed The Interview, however apparently Seth Rogen is ruining James Franco's "promising" career (he'd only really had bit parts until he was in 127 Hours though).

The Interview pissed me off in how unprofessional it was. If you want to make an unflattering movie about a current living dictator, make a character that's a lot like him and can even have a name close to his like "Ben Yi-Joon" or something. Don't make the actual guy a character. I thought the m0vie had funny parts but it shouldn't have been made the way it was.
I think Rogen is so overrated. He seems like a cool guy to smoke with, he is good as an "everyman" character, but as soon as Franco walks in it just feels like a movie where they're jerking each other off. They're trying to be the modern day Cheech and Chong and that doesn't work for me.

I just watched the movie and I think Foodfight is better! Shockingly! I'm not joking more "funny" things happen in that film than this one. The food orgy thing happens near the end of the film.

Just saw it.

I enjoyed it. Although I can't help but feel that it could have been more.... extreme? Like, I kinda feel like they could have done a bit more but held back a bit. I was kinda expecting to see the humans die in more horrible ways, but other than the guy's head blowing up from the soda, it was relatively tame. Kinda disappointed me. (Good god what's wrong with me?)

I wasn't really expecting the food orgy though. That was pretty fucking out there. (In a good way)

Also, I like how the tortilla and bagel who hate each other are Islamic and Jewish respectively. That's actually a pretty nice touch.

Other than what I said above, it was a fun movie. I can probably see some people not enjoying its brand of humor. (As @Major Asshole said above, foods yelling swear words doesn't necessarily guarantee laughs.) But hey, it got me laughing, and it got my brother laughing hysterically

One thing they had to cut out was the tortilla'a hairy ballsack.

Just got out of it.

It was conceptually adventurous.
