Delicious in hotdogs, bratwurst, and reubens.
 
If you're talking about that long stringy shit people sometimes put on hot dogs, I can take or leave sauerkraut. I'm not too crazy about it.

I understand that having a neutral opinion on sauerkraut makes me strange and frightening.
 
Aldi's my goto for it these days.
I want to make it myself but since Florida is just a large outcropping of mold and sand it seems like a bad idea.
 
Only one of the best toppings ever used on hotdogs and other types of sausages.

Also makes a great side dish.
 
The real question is what mustard do you use with your sauerkraut?
