I decided to make a thread about the condiments themselves. Which kind of sauce is the best, sauce making and so on. When it comes to the best hot sauces I ever tried. Hot Ones Los Calientes Verde and Fusion Garlic Reaper Sauce from Pepper Palace are contenders for the best sauce in my opinion where as worst tasting hot sauces in my opinion are the extract heavy sauces such as Da Bomb Beyond Insanity and The End: Flatline. The most unique in my collection is the Frostbite Hot Sauce, it goes really well with fries because it's a vinegar sauce too. Despite pepper extracts tasting shitty, I often find I collect plenty of extracts due to it's collectable nature. (Ex. Blair's 3AM Reserve). Mad Dog 357 No 9 Plutonium is the hottest sauce in my collection. Karma Disco Sauce and The Last Dab are rare examples of very hot sauce that tastes really good. As for other sauces. The Caesar Dressing is a very good reason why I love Caesar Salad. Gravy is also a very good reason why Poutine is so good to.

I used to be really into hot sauce. I ate it with every meal. I'm favoring away from it now. When I did eat a ton of hot shit I made my own sauce. I even grew my own peppers. I also make my own BBQ sauce. I perfected it over years of trial and error. It's probably my second greatest contribution to the culinary world besides my baked beans. As far as gravy goes, you can't beat either a good home made giblet or tomato gravy on a spoon drop biscuit.
 
Anyone try that PINK sauce? I saw it in Walmart the other day and was curious about it, but not $7 curious.
 
Horseradish/Wasabi if you consider it a 'sauce' is my favourite. Sausages or ham with horseradish is the best tasting thing I could think of. Flavortown

I put yellow curry powder in ketchup sometimes. It's also good in mayotsup. It's as close as ya get to currywurst in America without importing involved.
