I just looked through the mess of the Op and the guy he is talking about is a werido. He does seem to have some sort of tickle fetish but if he doesn't translate it into his pictures. In fact his art is boring. Not good at all but not Chris or Deeker level bad. It's just boring.

At best this guy is a calf who might one day morph into a cow but right now the autism he apparently creates by existing is more interesting
