Today's sandwich was a Five Guy's cheeseburger, with mayo, mustard, lettuce, and ketchup.

I made a tuna melt with two halves of a sesame seed bun and cheddar cheese.

Today's sandwich was smoked turkey and cheddar on cracked wheat.
Slightly disappointing, as the mustard was mostly just orangeish water. I think they were trying to pinch pennies by adding water to half a bottle of mustard and giving it a good shake.


Cheap bastards.

Simple but good one, medium rare steak with carefully fried onions in butter on a simple white loaf slice.

For supper today I have a sandwich of my own invention. Created during my university days.

BREAD

6 inch by 6 inch slice of rosemary/sea salt Foccacia, fresh.

SAUCE

1 Tspn Honey
1 Tspn Mustard (seeded)
1 Tspn Mayo

All mixed up

MEATS

Ham: Good Quality stuff with actual flavour
Turkey: Same
Salami: German is best
Pastrami (optional)

CHEESES

Cheddar: EXTRA mature
Gruyère: Swiss (optional)

SALAD

Iceberg Lettuce
Tomato (optional)
Pickles (optional)

Now this sandwich can layered in any order. But my pref is

BREAD
LETTUCE
SAUCE
CHEESE
MEAT
BREAD
