The dates are clearly spurious. I'm looking at the geographic ability of Sandra to be working at these places. First Horizon is based in Memphis, so that's a maybe.

I could be wrong, but the Ralph family does not own their home anymore. They are simply renters, the deed was leaked a while back in the main thread.

I am pretty sure Sandra used to hold the mortgage but lost it due to foreclosure.
