🐟 FishtankFishtank.Live General - Jet Neptune's Pisces Aquarium Internet Reality Show w/ Host Bam Margera
There is a delicate balance when it comes to gaslighting because if they do it too much the Fish will just stop believing them and it won't have any impact. That's what happened season 1.
Cole has already said multiple times he doesn't trust the staff. As autistic as he is, he's very good at reading people imo. There are some types of autism that while the autist themselves is very awkward, they're good at sussing out phonies. The winning strategy for the crew here is to gaslight everyone around Cole in a way that doesn't tip Cole off that the staff is responsible, so he thinks everyone else is crazy.
Girls like this know crying and acting like this make everything easier for them, it will get very old very fast and nobody will feel any sympathy by the end.
I was about to say just that. Summer is one of those people who will use her own lack of emotional control to emotionally blackmail people. When that doesn't work she'll start acting more mentally ill and reminding people what meds she takes. She is used to being coddled and not having to deal with her own emotions so will do everything she can to make people coddle her.
Jet and crew? Or maybe it was Letty recommended a friend who knows how to play things up the way she did?
Also an unrelated tangent. As for people who are seriously claiming that Summer is playing up her issues for sympathy or having the Crew go easy on her, can we please stop assuming that women naturally have bad intentions? The puke isn’t from overexerting herself during karate, apparently she puked a couple of times in the bathroom before hand.
From what I’ve seen there appear to be signs of serious self-esteem issues (I.e unwarranted apologizing, cutting, etc.), and REALLY bad performance anxiety.
Also I would argue that crying is not an indicator of who will leave. It’s a natural bodily reaction that gives us a means of unloading frustration and sadness in times of extreme stress. It’s one thing to cry and then duck out, but summer cried, puked up, and embarassed herself in front of everyone day 2 and STILL stuck it to the end of the day!
Emotional coping is going to play a big role this season. I theorize it is the crybabies that will survive!!
that's after she was running around downstairs looking for a lighter for him and puked all over the bar counter (the 3rd time she puked in ~20 minutes).
I am really not happy with Vance and Josie being on the show. It would've been annoying but alright if they were just crew but a handful of times they've tried to get them to do bits. Vances was singing a song he says he made for megan with no subtly and pretending people are saying cole is the new vance and that bothers him even though Cole really doesn't act much like Vance at all other than being a "schizo". Vance is bad at acting and has no subtlety. Josie has...tried talking to contestants 1 on 1 I think at least 2 times, maybe more, but she's so devoid of real personality and is so awkward she basically said nothing then left them after a minute.
Really just goes to show how boring they are and how lazy pandering it is. I don't know the full story but I feel like it's either pity, trying to give them some more fame past their 15 minutes, or because jet/crew weren't confident enough in the new contestants that they felt they needed to have le hecking cameos from your favorite fish! Either way, they suck and they should exclusively be doing mule work for the crew instead of trying to do any bits or socializing with the contestants in boring ways.
TJ has spent the entire morning reading a journal aloud in a style that reminds me a lot of Stobe the Hobo. @Punitive Castration This would have brought a tear to your eye.
I am too lazy to edit a piano cover over this video unfortunately.
