Does Charls have some kind of neurodegenerative disorder? The way he speaks is so hard to parse. Initially I thought it was a bit, like he was being opaque as a joke, but it's just the way he is apparently.

I wonder why Charls always talks in circles and has to be cryptic about what he means instead of just coming out and saying what he thinks. Even when he wasn't talking with Sam he wouldn't say exactly why he refused to go back to MDE until they really wanted him back to make the show, then he clarified it was about Automile and some other stuff.

Charls has the ability to really speak in short sentences and have it be impactful, so when he's being long winded i'm like: "yeah, you're not fooling anybody", and maybe that's his *wink wink* to us that he knows it looked bad for Sam.

This thread is full of some of the dumbest motherfuckers out there. YES, him saying the podcast was 'hard work' was his way of saying sam looked bad, but then he mentions that he had fun and thought he was funny. I thought people not getting Nicks bit about it being the end being facetious but Im amazed again and again by the level of stupidity put on display in this thread. This harland thing has brought in the absolutely worst posters.

Nick was obvious, but Charls is harder for me to understand because he tends to be more evasive with his answers, he usually talks in circle and just drop hints and that's not usually how men talk about things.

Honestly, I think he is just a little schizo and kind of a recluse/not social. It fucks heavily with your "sense making" ability. I don't think he does it on purpose.
