Before you jump the gun, I'm not defending Sam. Pedophilia is pedophilia regardless of what the law says, but in this case, according to the law of the state this is alleged to have occurred in, it's not the crime you think it is. There is a clause talking about statutory rape, but guess what you can't be charged with in New Jersey?
